Larger than average voice coil size allows for improve power handling, using the same technology as on the competition X Series. Silk Dome tweeter gives the clarity and precision of crystal clear upper frequency without the harshness. The cone material has been newly developed by Alpine and we believe is a World’s First use of such material, CFRP (Carbon Fibre Reinforced Pastic) the use of this design gives light-weight combined with extreme strength resulting in clean and powerful bass with accuracy. This is very rare for speakers of this size. The Circuit The Jeddah Corniche Circuit is the second. Looking at the speaker you will see that the rubber surround is nothing like what you would expect on such a small speaker, usually found on subwoofers, the new design allows for extend bass frequencies.
